May Events 2023 – Its annual Live+ event in 2023 will bring together the world’s most influential brand professionals and the largest gathering in the industry.
A Live+ registration gives you access to all general sessions in both the face-to-face and virtual portions of the meeting. All limited event events are sold separately. The price above reflects early bird rates, full event prices and timings can be found in the table below.

The 2023 Annual Meeting offers corporate and associate Live+ registrants, if satisfied:

Refunds To consider a refund for Live+ or the private portion of a meeting, please submit your refund request form to Member Services, stating the reason for the refund request and copies of the relevant supporting documents for the refund request.

A full refund of the registration fee paid will be made if the refund request is received by Friday, March 10, 2023, 11:59 p.m. (US Eastern Time).
Friday, March 10, 2023 11:59 p.m. After that, the registration fee will be refunded, minus a $150 administration fee. (US Eastern Time).
Events For May 20, 2023
No return requests will be accepted and no refunds will be issued after Thursday, May 11, 2023, 11:59 p.m. (US Eastern Time).
Your basic registration to replace the annual meeting and any additional related events can be transferred to another person authorized by your member organization.
To facilitate the replacement process, please submit a replacement request form to Member Affairs, stating the reason for the replacement and the person who will be replacing you.

You must register for the Annual Meeting before booking a hotel room within the discounted room block. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be cancelled. Annual meeting fees are limited to one room per registrant. Once you have completed your meeting registration, you will receive a link to the hotel reservation system in your confirmation email, or you can log into the registration portal at any time after registration to make a reservation.

Please be assured that there is only one official exclusive housing company and that is bnetwork. After registering for the annual meeting, you can easily book a room on their website and be sure to get what you paid for in the official hotel block.
